{510} Families holiday shindig at Convert store

Maybe you’ve made a list and checked it twice or maybe you have a post-it note with a few people’s names at the bottom of your purse or stuck to your computer monitor. Maybe Hanukkah means celebrating the miracle of the gas fireplace you had installed last year. Or maybe it is all an excuse to dress your children in matching pajamas. Whatever it means to you, we’d love to have you stop by our holiday celebration at the Convert shoe store on Fourth Street in Berkeley this Saturday, December 8.

What to expect:

Free Polaroid photos by Photobooth SF of your kids on Santa’s lap from 2 to 4pm

Holiday cookies for the kids and libations for adults

Free gift with purchase when you buy an Emu item. Emu is an Australian brand of cozy, shearling slippers for men, women, kids and babies.

Why Convert?

Convert is locally owned by an East Bay dad who has welcomed us to celebrate in his space. Together with one of his favorite vendors Emu, we hope to make your visit to Fourth Street a little more entertaining.

I am a huge fan of both the Convert apparel store (on the East side of the street) and the Convert shoe store (on the West side of the street).  I have bought my husband many gifts at this store, as well as a sweater for myself that I loved so much that when I lost it on a business trip, I bought the same exact one to replace it.

P.S. 510 Families readers will get 10% off any Emu purchase on Saturday. (Simply print out this flyer.)

Please come say “Hi!” on Saturday. Enjoy the festivities of Fourth Street and have a drink with us.

Where and When: 1844 Fourth St in Berkeley, 1-5 pm on December 8
