Last week we held our first {510} Baby’s Day Out, a morning of pottery painting, bagels, coffee, and BABIES. Wow, did we have babies!
The event was sponsored by Plum Organic Baby Food, who not only sent each baby home with a little baggie of rice cereal and other new foods to sample, but also supplied a warm, friendly team member in Robin, who was willing to hold any baby who needed it. I know one twin mom definitely got some relief!
At Brushstrokes in Berkeley, we filled the studio with parents and babies, most of whom chose to paint their baby’s feet in order to stamp footprints onto frames, tiles, and Christmas tree ornaments.
We’re planning on many more events like this in the new year, and are looking for partners to do it, so keep your eyes open for invitations in 2012!
