Baby Loves Disco: Coming to San Francisco

Dancing in the dark to a DJ's favorite beats may be a distant memory for some parents, but if that's your passion, you can share it with your kiddo during Baby Loves Disco, coming to Ruby Skye on Saturday, October 23rd.

From 2-5 pm that day, the San Francisco club turns into a kid-friendly dance party that feels one part rave and one part preschool festival. And really, what is the difference?

What to expect:

Leave strollers at the door. The lights will be dim, just like a real club. The music is sufficiently loud such that dancing at 2 pm doesn't feel awkward, but not so loud that you can't talk.  Buffet tables offer pretzels, goldfish and juice boxes. Little John Travoltas can shake their groove things while timid kids can cling to hula hoops and scarves that the event's sponsors make available.

All walking humans must buy a $20 ticket. Crawlers are free.

To buy tickets, go to the Baby Loves Disco website.

Best for kids 3-7.
