East Bay Moms is an activity club for parents of babies and toddlers. Having trouble leaving the house with your baby? Join a weekly hike. Bored at home with your toddler? Get inspired at a play group or moms’ night out.
Many hikes and events are listed on our events calendar.
According to their website:
East Bay Moms’ mission is to provide support, companionship, and networking for members. We provide an avenue for parents to meet, exercise and enjoy the outdoors. All interested parents of infants and toddlers are welcome to join.
They typically meet Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m. as well as other times and days in response to the preferences of members. You can expect a 90-minute hike in an East Bay Regional Park followed by a picnic lunch. Many members carry their small children in front carriers and backpacks or push jogging strollers.
In addition to hikes, at least one paved stroller walk is scheduled each month. Other activities include a monthly entertaining or educational Moms Night Out and field trips to museums, zoos, and other fun destinations.
Events are free to members (unless otherwise noted). Members can participate in unlimited free activities and non-members are encouraged to attend one free activity prior to joining.
Membership is $90 per year. Heck, it’s cheaper than therapy!
