Ice Cream Concierge alert!
My son and I want to tell you guys about the newish Black Bear Diner in Emeryville. The best thing about it is that the kids’ entrees come with a scoop of ice cream. And not just a plain one either. The guy I call the Ice Cream Concierge comes out and asks your kids what they want on their scoop and customizes it tableside. So fun!
If you go, be sure and ask the waiter to bring out the tray of toppings — not all the waiters know to do this.
