Classes for pregnant chicks and parents of young ones are now available in Rockridge immediately adjacent to Rockridge Kids. The current roster includes postpartum power pilates, toddler sleep training, new mama support groups, childbirth prep and more.

As a not-so-rookie mom of a newborn, I am thrilled to welcome them to the neighborhood and will be signing up for many classes in the coming weeks and months. And I’ll grab a half-baked pizza from Zachary’s to reward me for getting out of the house.
