I made an appointment (recommended!) by calling 510-654-5144 and had a comprehensive fitting which included a measurement and trying on several brands and styles. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about how various bras fit as well as fluctuations in boob sizing throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Overall, the experience was relatively painless and almost pleasant. If you find it uncomfortable, treat yourself to ice cream afterwards at Dreyer’s (they share a parking lot!).
