Tiny Tumblers:
Tiny Tumblers is designed to enhance your child’s motor development skills, balance, coordination, and confidence. Emphasis is placed on developing beginning gymnastic skills in a fun and social environment. A guardian is required to attend each class so get your work out in by jumping, hopping, rolling and exercising with your tiny tumbler!
Session I: May 9 – June 20*, 10:30 – 11:15am, $69 (resident), $79 (non-res)
Session II: July 11 – Aug 15, 10:30 – 11:15am, $69 (resident), $79 (non-res)
*No class on May 30
Post Natal Yoga:
Post natal yoga is taught by Melanie Green, an experienced yoga teacher and mother of two. This class will help new moms gain core strength, flexibility and support through postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. It is oriented to the special needs of new mothers. Babies of pre-crawling ager are more than welcome to this class as well!
Session I: Tuesdays, May 10 – June 14, 11:15am – 12:30pm, $77 (resident), $87 (non-res)
