If you have your eye on a Valentine’s Day Date Night, you better lock in your babysitter now. Or sign your kids up for one of the fantastic Parents’ Night Out (AKA PNO) choices in the East Bay. Two are Friday night and the other two are Monday (actual Valentine’s Day).
Brushstrokes Studio is hosting a kids party Friday, February 11th from 6-8:30 pm (cuz who wants to go out on a Monday night?) Pizza and pottery party in the upstairs studio for ages 5-15. $25 per child includes a $15 piece of pottery they select, studio fee, pizza and games ($5 sibling discount). Head over Heels offers its regularly scheduled Parents Night Out from 6 to 10:30 pm for kids over age four. ctivities include dinner, supervised gymnastics time, snack and chilling out in front of a movie. $30 for one child, $25 for two or more. Habitot You don’t need a membership to send your kids on a night of exploration, studio art, circle time, and storytelling at Habitot Children’s Museum in Berkeley. The museum is hosting PNO on Monday, February 14. It’s four hours, so with careful planning, you can catch both dinner and a movie between 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., and pay just $30 per child you drop off (siblings get a discount price of $20). The cost covers pizza, juice, and water, and a qualified caregiver for every six kids age 2 to 7. (Younger kids will be considered if their sibling is present.) Book your reservation at 647-1111
