Held at the Oakland Zoo from April 18th to 22nd, Spring Break Camp is a way for kids to test drive the program to see if they are interested in attending summer camp at the Oakland Zoo. (See our round-up of 6 science camps in Oakland/Berkeley for more options.)
Activities will include zoo tours, animal visits, crafts, games, songs, and stories. Each day is different, so campers can spend one day or the whole week at the zoo without repeating the same activities.
Camp hours are from 9 am to 4 pm each day with extended care available. Note that the dates for this camp line up with Oakland Unified School District’s spring break, but not Berkeley nor San Leandro.
