On December 10, a new production from the Bay Area Children’s Theatre will open at Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse in downtown Berkeley.

Bay Area Children’s Theatre is thrilled to bring the beloved Emil stories by the author of Pippi Longstocking to the English-speaking stage.

We just saw this play over the weekend. It was a lot of fun. Yes, Emil is mischievous but never malicious and nothing that made my kids want to go to school calling their teachers idiots or anything. I think my sons were a little confused by the puppets at first.
