The storyline of the well-read (in my house) children’s book Pinkalicious is that after helping herself to way too many pink cupcakes, against her parents warnings, our heroine turns a shade of pink so deep it’s red. Not wanting to be red (only pink will do!), she ingests a boatload of green veggies.
If your child would like to see this story come to life on stage, with music and tap dancing, reserve yourself some tickets for the Bay Area Children’s Theatre’s production of PINKALICIOUS, THE MUSICAL, opening Saturday, February 11, at 2 p.m. at the Freight & Salvage.
The show plays Saturdays at 2 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. through March 4.
