Send a little peace around the world. Help to fold 1,000 origami cranes to send to Japan in the spirit of peace and brotherhood. There will be reading from the book Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes, and will have the treat of beautiful koto music by Shirley Kazuyo Muramoto and friends. If you don't know how to fold, come join anyway, there will be instructions and people to help teach you how.
Ages 8 and up for folding due to difficulty, but younger kids are welcome to listen to the story and enjoy the music!
