This interactive program introduces children to the Ohlone Tribe, their connection to the land & natural resources, and traditional skills. Using hands-on activities, children will explore artifacts and tools that Native People still use today.

November is Native American Heritage Month! The first people to call the San Francisco Bay Area home are the more than two dozen tribes often called Ohlone. Join East Bay Regional Parks to get a glimpse into Ohlone cultures!

Ohlone Educator Resource also provides valuable information on the Ohlone Tribe.
