Prospect Sierra School’s annual community event, All Together Now is on Sunday, January 26 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.
This event is open to all ages and the public, focuses on gathering as an East Bay community to engage in acts of service with local organizations. The organizations include Alameda Point Collaborative, Bay Area Rescue Mission, Canyon Trail Park/City of El Cerrito, Center on Early Intervention on Deafness, East Bay SPCA, as well as native planting at Prospect Sierra campuses.
The day begins with a community potluck that has come to be a central part of the All Together Now day before heading outside, to a classroom, or off campus to participate in service work with one of the many organizations that students partner with during their time at Prospect Sierra.
Engaging in community service is integral to the schoolâs mission, and students work toward working as a community to care for one another and the world around us.
All ages are welcome.
