Alphabet Rockers Album Release Party – THE LOVE

Alphabet Rockers is proud to release THE LOVE on 8.8.19. Join for an Oakland happy hour for families, outside at 7th West! Meet the featured artists, collaborators and voices on the album – hear where this music will take us – and connect with the community.

There will be a youth arts activism table in collaboration with The Butterfly Effect, to create 15,000 butterflies by 9/1 in protest of the US detention and separation of children from their families. Read More here

About THE LOVE

THE LOVE brings your family closer to the world we want, where everybody is free and all genders belong. It’s our call to stand up to hate and be LOVE. Produced in follow-up to the GRAMMY-nominated Rise Shine #Woke, the album is packed with anthems and is no less powerful. Expect the same fresh sound, uplifting messages and intergenerational call for action. The Love includes 60+ artists and centers LGBTQ voices, stories and experiences. Created in partnership with Our Family Coalition, with support from the Creative Work Fund, Zellerbach Family Foundation and Zoo Labs.
