Saturday’s schedule for children is packed with outdoor events on two stages.
We’ve featured the picture books and authors of younger children’s work, but there are also some fabulous YA authors and middle grade authors featured on the youth schedule.
11 – 11:30 am Jessixa Bagley (illustrator): Courage Hats with a book signing to follow.
11 – 11:45 am Alphabet Rockers launch their first book: You Are Not Alone: Inspire Confidence and Celebrate Diversity with this Empowering Book for Kids with a dynamic reading and curated music playlist. Book signing to follow.
11:30 am-noon Henry Herz: I Am Smoke. Book signing to follow.
noon-12:30 pm Nina LaCour: Mama and Mommy and Me in the Middle. Book signing to follow.
1-1:30 pm Maggie Tokuda-Hall: Love in the Library, for ages 7 to 10. Book signing to follow.
1:15-1:45 pm Christine Van Zandt: A Brief History of Underpants, suggested for ages 4 to 8. Book signing to follow.
2-2:30 pm Felicia Hoshino and Jane Park: Juna and Appa, best for ages 4 to 8. Book signing to follow.
3-3:30 pm Angela Dalton: Show the World, best for ages 4 to 8. Book signing to follow.
