Beginner Soccer with Coach Adam will emphasize healthy movement and soccer fundamentals in a fun and indoor-friendly environment. You will use individual ball drills to teach agility, footwork, and balance that will help you develop your soccer game at a faster pace. The class will also do the fast-paced strength & conditioning exercises together. Finally, a discussion and team-building exercises that help you stay positive in difficult times.
