Black History Month Virtual Storytime & Craft

Join the Fremont Library to celebrate Black History Month with a virtual storytime! We’ll read books, learn some facts about Black history, listen and dance to music, and make a craft together.

During the craft, we will ask the question, “How would you change the world?” Think about your answer as you make the craft with us! To join us in making the craft, please gather these materials before the program begins:

  • Your or someone else’s hand
  • 2 pieces of paper, any colors
  • 1 large circular object to trace onto paper, then cut out
  • Scissors
  • Glue or tape
  • Markers, color pencils, or crayons to write and decorate

Register in advance. The Zoom link will be sent the day before the program.
