Children of all ages are invited to join this free Nature Pop-up for an opportunity to explore nature through CREATIVITY, CURIOSITY, and PLAY!
Join Plantify for an investigation of the plant cycle, plant anatomy, and the benefits of native plants on our local ecosystem. The group will also be joined by Wild Wonder for an introduction to nature journaling! At 12pm, the group will cross the street for a tour of the Emeryville Community Organic Garden.
Families can also explore Emeryville Children & Nature’s Create-with-Nature kit and other natural materials that inspire the imagination, engage the senses, and encourage active time outside!
This is the fifth Nature Pop-up in a series focused on bringing the many benefits of nature to the local urban community. Hosted by Emeryville Children & Nature and funded by an Emeryville Community Grant.
