Join other families with young children to connect, play, and relax at a casual Shabbat hangout in Totland Park (McGee Avenue and Virginia Street, Berkeley, CA 94703)
Sing Shabbat songs and enjoy a story, challah, and grape juice with Jewish Gateways’ Rabbi Stephanie Kennedy. This celebration is especially for children 1 – 5 and their loved ones. Older and younger siblings are also invited.
The group will gather at 10:30 am and start our Shabbat circle at 11:00 am. We know kids can be unpredictable, so please show up when you can! Please reserve a space in advance.
All are welcome: wandering Jews, wondering Jews, those of Jewish heritage, non-Jews, multiracial relationships, interfaith relationships, low-income families, adult children of interfaith families, Jews by choice, people of color, single-parent families, LGBTQIA+. No experience is necessary.
NOTE: This date/event is in the past. Keep browsing.
