Family Yoga

Yama Kids family yoga is an introduction to yoga class, with a mixture of yoga games, postures, music, meditation and fun. Yama Kids’ hope is that this yoga class will give families an opportunity to learn about yoga, to move, and to reconnect with their families amidst the hustle and bustle of our lives. All family members are welcome to participate; we’ve got something for everyone and we really try to teach to the middle.

​All students must be masked and vaccinated. Please send proof of vaccinations prior to class at info@yamakidsyoga.com.
