FIT4MOM Moms & Mugs Friday - Herbs for the 4th Trimester and Beyond - 510 Families

FIT4MOM Moms & Mugs Friday – Herbs for the 4th Trimester and Beyond

A free class for all moms: The fourth trimester (and beyond!) is filled with many highs and lows. Herbal medicine offers a nourishing and holistic way to support moms as they adjust to life with baby.
In this class, you’ll learn about herbs for the 4th trimester and beyond. Explore why working with herbs is beneficial and how to do so safely and effectively. Touch on herbs for creating more calm, promoting milk supply, support restful sleep and boost energy and more.
Plus you’ll get a chance to ask questions about working with herbs. Children are welcome of course! 🙂
Beth Sachnoff of Wild Child Apothecary is an educator, herbalist and mama to two little girls. She helps exhausted, overwhelmed and burnt-out mamas rebuild their energy and find their balance so they can feel like themselves again. She studied Western Clinical Herbalism at Ancestral Apothecary and Berkeley Herbal Center.

FIT4MOM’s Friday Playgroup is fun for all ages! It begins at 10:30 am, immediately following the Stroller Strides 9:30-10:30 am class. Meet near the mural at Grove Park (inside when it rains).

Bring a mug for coffee!
