Island City Waterways Performance: Uprooted

Enjoy a performance by Rhythmix Cultural Works and the City of Alameda that celebrates the history of Alameda’s unique waterfront.

Saturday and Sunday, May 21 & 22, 2022 with four performances each day at 10:00 am, 11:45 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:15 pm

Audiences join a cast of 35 actors, dancers, and musicians including ODC/Dance, 13th Floor, Akira Tana Trio, and Maze Daiko for a 75-minute guided, immersive performance. The journey will take guests on a roving adventure from the wings of peace to the wings of war, from boot camp to WWII internment camp, and from an interactive swing lesson to an 18-piece taiko finale.
