Kwanzaa Virtual Storytime and Craft

Join Fremont Public Library to celebrate and learn about Kwanzaa! At this virtual event, children will listen to a story, enjoy a song, and make a craft together.

Participants will be making an ear of corn out of paper during this program. If you’d like to make the craft during the event, please gather these materials before the program begins:

  • 3 sheets of white paper (OR 1 sheet of yellow paper and 2 sheets of green paper)
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Your (or someone else’s) feet and hands
  • Markers, color pencils, or crayons to color in and decorate your corn

The Zoom link will be sent the day before the program. Everyone registered for an online program will receive the link to participate in a separate email before the program begins.
