Learning about Dr. King’s Legacy: Activities for Children

Bring the young ones! Enjoy Learning about Dr. King’s Legacy: Activities for Children through a series of 30-minute spirited sessions that reexamine the African American quest for civil rights.

The fun-filled sessions include: remembering the quotable MLK through word puzzles, singing songs of the civil rights movement, designing your own postage stamp to honor the great leader, and viewing an animated film about the iconic King.

Prizes will be given throughout the afternoon. (This is a family-friendly event.)
