Join a sensory storytime with special guests from WCCUSD’s LIFT program. Storytime will run from 12:00-12:30pm, followed by Stay & Play from 12:30-1:00pm.
Using visual schedule boards, stories are told through multiple modalities and are followed by sensory activities that may include bubbles, movement and song activities. LIFT instructors will provide ASL interpretation and sensory strategies if needed.
This welcoming, interactive program is designed for families of children with special needs including disabilities and developmental delays, but all ages and abilities are welcome.
No registration required. For special accommodations, please contact the Library with 72 hours notice. Parents & caregivers, please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program.
