Join a 45-minute class of (acro) yoga for fun and connection if you are looking for a new way to bond with your child(ren) and be active at the same time.
What to expect:
- breathing exercises
- partner warm up
- learn basic yoga poses
- learn beginner acro yoga poses
- play games
This event is geared towards younger children from Pre-K to 2nd Grade. No skills or experience needed!
