Join the OPL in the Elmhurst Backyard for a National Night Out Ice Cream Social. There will be games, raffle prizes, and, of course, ice cream!
National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen neighborhood spirit and unity, introduce Emergency Preparedness ideas, and raise awareness of crime prevention.
Ice-cream supply is limited. We will offer it while supplies last.
