Oklahoma opened on Broadway 75 years ago. Rodgers & Hammerstein’s first collaboration was, for its time, revolutionary in the way it fused story, songs, and dance. Oklahoma is an absolute must-see for musical theater lovers.
Set in a Western territory just after the turn of the 20th century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a headstrong farm girl, play out their love story.
Performed live, outdoors in historic Woodminster Amphitheater by a large cast and live professional orchestra. Come early to enjoy a stroll along hillside trails and a picnic before the show!
Tickets available in advance or at the door. Check website for discounts including free and steeply reduced price tickets for children and teens 16 and younger, half price tickets at the door for 17-30 year olds, group rates, and more.
