Papel Picado Craft

Join at the Library to make Papel Picado, a traditional Mexican decorative craft made by cutting elaborate designs into sheets of tissue paper.

Rachel-Anne Palacios teaches cultural and folk arts education programming throughout the Bay Area for people of all ages.
