Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month at the West End Library with a Papel Picado workshop led by local artist Rachel Palacios. Papel Picado is a traditional Mexican Folk Art technique of cutting intricate patterns into colorful tissue paper. The workshop will be held on Thursday, September 24 at 4 pm. No experience is necessary and all materials will be provided.
The workshop is appropriate for children ages 8 and up as well as Teens and Adults.
