Park Core is a pilates based, 30 minute, mat class open to mamas looking to regain core strength. Moms will learn tools to regain proper lumbopelvic stabilization, spine articulation, and lower extremity flexibility with modifications to assist limitations in pelvic floor and abdominal separation (DRA).
Taught by Romy Havard, MS, DPT, OCS, of Peregrine Physical Therapy, Park Core is designed to empower moms to reconnect with their core in a safe professional environment.
This is a four-week series (kid-friendly!) beginning January 6th and concluding January 27th — first class is free for moms new to fit4mom 510, membership pricing begins at $59 with no contract, moms can drop in for one or all of the four classes during the series!
