Join Elika Aird, owner of Blissful Bodies Yoga + Birth Services, to honor all stages of the pregnant body through yoga, dance, meditation and nada yoga ( yoga of sound ), in a supportive class environment designed to educate moms about pregnancy, while reducing bodily discomforts and inspiring confidence
Poses are taught with an emphasis on mindfulness to harmonize body, mind, and emotions, to deepen body wisdom. Learn pain management, labor tools and birth resources from Elika’s years as a Birth Doula and Educator. Each week you will strengthen and lengthen your body, and end with deep relaxation, bringing more grace and ease to the body. Low back and sciatic pain, insomnia, swelling and other general discomforts have responded well to regular practice
