That’s no glow stick, that’s a scorpion! Night is the best time to see scorpions because they glow under ultraviolet light. Use some ultraviolet lights on a night hike in the park to search for scorpions. Families will love learning about these misunderstood creatures. Great for all ages.

There will be some slopes, so bring good sturdy shoes. The hike will be no more than 2.5 miles round trip.
