Summer Time Youth Yoga for children 7-12 years. Breathe together! Offered through June via Zoom.
Get on the mat to move and breathe. Get off the mat to move and dance. This 45-min yoga class is the perfect midday movement break for dancers and non-dancers a like. Yoga games, songs, meditation and asana. Younger siblings welcome. Yoga will help support children with tools for creative engagement and deeper consciousness all the while learning or deepening a beneficial skill.
Led by April C. Taylor, Miss April, a seasoned dance and movement teacher in the Greater Bay Area with 20 years of teaching experience. Miss April loves the teach yoga to young people. She believes in the power of the form to guide children as they make their own way in this time of Sheltering in Place.
