The Mindful Creativity Workshop supports communities in building mindful, creative and emotionally intelligent children and adults. Through the use of the arts and mindfulness processes, our participants find greater clarity, joy and insights that they are able to take with them beyond the workshop. Educators find deeper meaning in their work, while parents find patience where there once was little; and children find ways to understand their emotions and have the ability to articulate their needs and desires.
Workshops include the use of a variety of tools and technique to spark creativity, including meditation & visualization, writing, music, movement, storytelling, photography, drawing, painting and more.
In this mini-workshop specifically created for children, ages 5-8, children will experience live music, vocalization, movement, meditation and other creative ways to express themselves and soothe their emotions. This is a fun and calming experience.
