The Oakland Black-Eyed Pea Festival

The 7th Annual Black-Eyed Pea Festival is a celebration of African American Tradition through soul food, live music and art. There will also be arts and crafts and a book giveaway for children, a kids’ art zone with MOCHA, plus a curation of local artists, craftspeople and food vendors.
