I think you’ve got to hand it to the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton for pivoting this way and that way to create family-friendly experiences through this crazy 2020 year! How do you follow up innovative food trucks and drive-in movies? With a drive-through dinosaur experience, of course!
Dinosaur Adventure is offering a 30- to 45-minute driving tour of prehistoric times with giant-scale dinosaurs and an accompanying audio tour. You’ll see 80 life-sized roaring dinosaurs including a 40-foot T-Rex tower over your family. Stay in your car. People riding in the backs of pickups are not allowed.
Note: Other typical activities (like rides, entertainment, and fossil digs) that are shown in the promotional video will not occur this year.
