* The fine print about the prize *
On October 15th, we will randomly choose one email address from the survey respondents. The email addresses will be used to make sure folks only vote once and will not be saved or used for any other purposes. The winner of the random email selection can choose any business in Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Castro Valley, El Cerrito, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Richmond, or San Leandro for a $100 gift card. We are imagining a toy store, restaurant, or whatever you want. No cash value will be given in lieu of the prize, but we think this prize is pretty sweet.

  1. I have a 7 year old Aspergers son who is in need of a dentist that specializes in very high functioning children on the Autism spectrum. He is in need of a filling and I do not want to put him under for this procedure. He has gotten as far as the dentist numbing him with the help of gas, and my printed out social story I made for him. But the dentist gave up because my son had a ton of questions on what happens next and was very scared when the dentist completely ignored him. I have dental insurance but is willing to come out of pocket for my son.

    Thank you,
