A Christmas Carol: On Air by A.C.T.

What: For the first time in its 44-year history, the Bay Area’s favorite holiday tradition comes to life as A Christmas Carol: On Air, an enthralling radio play that the whole family can enjoy from the comfort of home. Masterfully directed and adapted by Peter J.   • Dec. 23 at 6 pm is a special Family Fireside Night

What: Watch the San Francisco Ballet’s Nutcracker stream in HD, send downloadable holiday snaps to friends, and learn steps from the choreography at home.

What:

The Nutcracker Express Virtual Dance-along Nutcracker

What: Virtual Dance-along Nutcracker is part comedy musical, part dance-it-yourself ballet, and part symphonic concert. The Nutcracker Express features all of the holiday fun and tradition you’ve come to expect from Dance-Along Nutcracker, but this year from the comfort of your home on YouTube.
When: Saturday, Dec. 12 at 7 pm or Sunday, Dec. 13 at 11 am. The show is approximately 75 minutes long and will not be posted afterwards – these two showings will be your only opportunities to watch.

What: Former Glee star Matthew Morrison will lead this holiday musical special, a two-hour production of Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch Musical based on Seuss’s popular book, How the Grinch Stole Christmas. More info >

The Hip Hop Nutcracker

What: Recorded Live at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, The Hip Hop Nutcracker is a holiday mash-up with digital graffiti and contemporary dance.
When: Sunday, Dec. 13 at 4 pm
Price: $20 per ticket allows you to watch Live Stream and on-demand for a limited time.
