New foodie mamas group starting February 1 in the East Bay. Sign up now!
Foodie New Mamas Group
Like any new mother support group, sessions help you build confidence getting out of the house while providing a safe and supportive place to discuss issues like sleep, childcare, breastfeeding, and partners. Unlike any others I know about, you’ll also enjoy a delicious, gourmet, homemade lunch each week, with food provided by Kitchen Doula. These groups for mamas with pre-crawling babies meet for 6 weeks in a beautiful mom-friendly and baby-friendly environment. Moms also meet for regular outings and have access to an online community. Many groups keep the community going after the official sessions end. Meetings are held near Alvarado Park in Richmond, CA.
Upcoming group will meet Wednesdays in the East Bay from 11am – 1pm
February 1, 8, 15 & 22; March 1 & 8
The group is facilitated by Premsangha who is a mama, doula, yoga teacher, massage therapist and somatic educator. Prem has over 9 years experience working with pregnant and new moms, and is greatly inspired by the journey of birthing and parenting her two children, ages 7 and 2.
When I learned about the Foodie Moms Group, it was almost enough to make me wish I had another baby. If you are caring for a newborn and would like some companionship and great food, learn more about the group and figure out if you might be a good fit on bringingbabieshome.com >
