Then Comes Baby in Oakland

I'm so excited to share the latest resource for expectant parents and baby owners in the Grand Lake neighborhood: Then Comes Baby.

Sabrina Freidenfelds opened this space on Grand Avenue as a labor of love after making too many long distance drives to Albany with a screamy baby in the car (I can totally relate!). Unlike me, she has more than fifteen years of experience in health education, maternal and infant health, and health training. She also has a knack for designing a comfortable, welcoming oasis for mothers in the midst of a bustling business district. Don't you just want to cozy up?

She created the kind of space I wish I could push a stroller to with all the baby support classes she could think of. As a certified lactation consultant, prenatal educator and perinatal massage therapist, she could think of a bunch! See the amazing classes and groups in the plans.
