Advertisers may receive a full refund of payment — less a $10 processing fee — no less than thirty (30) business days prior to the beginning of the ad placement. Cancellations made between 30 days and 2 days of the first day of the promotion period will result in a refund in the form of a credit. Any cancellations after the ad space closing deadline of two (2) business days prior to the promotion will incur the full cost of the insertion and cannot be refunded.
A campaign can be postponed or suspended by an Advertiser for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days. The Publisher will postpone the invoice due date by the same number of calendar days, up to thirty (30). The Advertiser remains liable for the full amount of the contract. For any campaign, which is delayed, postponed or suspended, the Publisher cannot guarantee an exact duplication of the campaign. The Publisher may, at its discretion, upon consulting with the Advertiser, arrange an acceptable alternative.
Overdue accounts subject to a service charge of 5% per month
