Join author Will Fertman for a free, family-friendly party to celebrate the release of The Deaf Baby Instruction Manual, a guide for hearing parents of deaf and hard of hearing children. All families are welcome!
The party will be on Saturday, May 2, from 10am-2pm at The Learning Tree Preschool, 34050 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94555. RSVP appreciated but not required.
They’ll have a petting zoo, bounce house, ASL storytelling, facepainting, crafts and refreshments, including the Mozzeria pizza truck. Activities will be in ASL and English, with interpreters available and fun for everyone! At noon, there will be a brief reading from the book, followed by a panel discussion with Will and Deaf authors Rachel Zemach and Noelle Wilder.
