Come join the East Oakland Capoeira Angola Study Group and practice Capoeira Angola, a Brazilian martial art that includes elements of dance, music, fitness and ritual. This class is open to all ages. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Beginners are welcome.
Please wear soft sole shoes, sweat pants and a tucked in t-shirt.
