Join the Asian Branch in honoring Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month with a special program featuring Aruna Lee – community leader, chef, storyteller, and cultural advocate.
This engaging event will include a live cooking demonstration highlighting traditional Korean cuisine. Participants will learn how to prepare japchae (savory glass noodles) and zucchini jeon (crispy zucchini pancakes), while exploring the Korean cultural significance of these dishes.
