The Urban Farm is open for families and friends of all ages to come and explore.
Participants can try their hand at watercolor painting before getting their hands dirty planting native pollinator plants, sowing seeds, and enriching the native plant hedgerow to help feed bees and butterflies for seasons to come. After planting, they’ll meet LEAF’s red-wriggler worms and learn about food waste and home composting.
Farm-grown pumpkins will also be available for purchase for $10!
