East Bay Summer Camp Guide (submissions) - 510 Families

East Bay Summer Camp Guide (submissions)

Below are details for advertising on the 2026 510families.com Summer Camp Guide.

Preference will be given to camps in the (510) area code, offered all summer long, and for children 4-14. We have many ways to show off your summer camp offerings with ads on 510Families.com.

Important dates for the East Bay day camp guide:

  • Early Bird Incentive: Save $25 if your complete submission is received by January 9, 2026, and payment is made by 1/28/26. We strongly prefer a complete and correct submission with all camp information when you’re ready, rather than multiple entries.
  • Submit by January 9, 2026, for the first launch.
  • January 29, 2026. Initial Launch Date. Updates and additions will be made weekly throughout the camp season (Check out the camp guide for reference.)
  • Submit by February 4, 2026 to be published on 2/11/26 and then weekly throughout the season.
  • Rolling entries accepted.  All day camp entries submitted after the January 2026 initial deadline will be considered for regular weekly updates to the camp guide for paid sponsors. We do not discount late additions. Submit your form below by Friday for inclusion on the following Wednesday.
  • April 2026. Unpaid listings will be added by editorial consideration only – with priority given to low-cost camps.
  • If applicable, submit separate information for your Northern California Overnight Camp

Camp Guide packages start at $350. To secure your listing and to include more advertising at a deal, select one of the packages at the bottom of this form.

Carol from 510Families.com will follow up with you once the form is submitted. If you want to add more to your package, just let her know!
