School Break Camp Guide Submissions

We have an ongoing need for school break childcare in the form of day camp, whether it is spring break, winter break, Thanksgiving break, or that February break that some schools get.

We maintain a useful-to-parents directory of these fabulous day camps for East Bay children. Let us know if you have questions.

Important info & dates for the School Break Camp Guides:

  • Submit your information 10 days before the publish date to be included in the original launch. We add other paid sponsors weekly.
  • Here are the planned 2024-25 seasonal camps publish dates:
    • Thanksgiving and November Camps: Oct. 4, 2024
    • Winter Break: November 4, 2024
    • February Camps around President’s Day & “Ski Week”: Jan. 9, 2025
    • Spring Break: Feb. 20, 2025 (tentative date)
  • Paid listings include small 468×60 pixel ads. These are shown before unpaid listings.
  • Minimum invoice is $250.
  • Unpaid listings are included by editorial consideration only.

  • Please include the highest full retail price for a day of basic hours. If special discounts apply, like early bird or sibling, please specify.

  • Upload a horizontal photograph of your campers for possible inclusion in editorial articles or social media. Submitted photos may also show up in future guides and round-ups. Send ONE photo. Pictures should have no words. Maximum file size 100KB
